1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the readings offered on oreadia.com under the Oreadia brand (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Lukáš Hrubiško, a sole trader registered in the Slovak Republic (company ID 51070405, registered with Okresný úrad Bratislava), Dopravná 10, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovensko ("we", "us", "our").

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://oreadia.com/privacy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by consumers.

3. For entertainment purposes only

Readings are provided for entertainment, inspiration and personal reflection only. They are symbolic and interpretive, they do not predict the future, and we make no claim or guarantee that any reading is accurate or that any event will or will not happen.

A reading is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice and is not a substitute for it. Please do not make important decisions about your health, safety, relationships, money or legal matters based on a reading alone. You are responsible for the decisions you make.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the United States) or your local emergency number right away.

4. The Service

We provide personalized written readings based on the question and details you submit. Readings are created with the help of artificial intelligence tools and editorial processing. The scope of each package, its price and the estimated delivery time are shown on the website before you order.

• Basic – a concise answer to one question.
• Standard – a more detailed reading with three concrete next steps.
• Deep – a deeper analysis of your situation with an action plan.

Delivery times are estimates. Optional faster processing shortens the estimated delivery time where it is offered.

5. Orders and payment

1. To order, choose a package, enter your question and contact details, review the order summary and complete payment.
2. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are the total amount charged for the order. Every purchase is a one-time payment; we do not charge recurring fees or subscriptions.
3. Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
4. We are based outside the United States. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own foreign transaction or currency fees, which are outside our control.
5. A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, for an obvious pricing error or a request we cannot fulfil under section 8); in that case we refund the full amount paid.

6. Delivery

1. We deliver your reading electronically: you receive an e-mail with a private link to your reading on oreadia.com.
2. Please make sure your e-mail address is correct and check your spam or promotions folder. If you have not received your reading within the estimated time, contact us at info@oreadia.com.
3. Your reading link is personal. Anyone who has the link can open the reading, so please do not share it publicly.

7. Follow-up offers

After you receive a reading we may offer a follow-up question at a discount. The price, the discount and the period during which the offer is valid are shown in the offer itself. Offers cannot be combined with discount codes unless stated otherwise.

8. Your question and acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you submit. Please do not include sensitive information about other people, and do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing or that infringes the rights of others. We may refuse to provide a reading for such content and will refund the order in that case.

You may not misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other customers' readings, interfering with the website or reselling readings.

9. Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your reading. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason, even if your reading has already been delivered.

To request a refund, e-mail info@oreadia.com with your order number or the e-mail address you used for the order. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If something went wrong with your order, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank – we can usually resolve the issue faster.

10. Intellectual property and licence

The website, our brand and the readings we provide are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your reading for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not publish, sell or distribute readings without our permission.

11. Reviews

If you submit a review, you allow us to publish it on our websites under the name you provide. Your question and e-mail address are never published. You can ask us to remove your review at any time at info@oreadia.com.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and the readings are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any decisions you make or actions you take based on a reading. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, or any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

14. Governing law and disputes

If you have a concern, please contact us first at info@oreadia.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly by e-mail, and we will respond within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of the state in which you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence, including small claims court, where those laws allow it.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is published on this page. The version in effect when you placed your order continues to apply to that order.
